Thread regarding L-3 Communications Holdings Inc. layoffs

There are some that have, in slow times (last 6 months?) been told to never, EVER, charge overhead if you had no work. OR, if you had say, 10 people in an area, to milk a job, say tightening a screw, but if you charged overhead you were the devil. There may be reviews of charges to jobs, dates in work-center, jobs in work-center, etc if this blows up. That is unless the "data migration" somehow "compromises" that section. sadly, this is an ongoing directive from my boss. I wish I could have yours!
