I agree with Chicken Neck.. how can you be a slow admin? I can tell you that ALL the admins laid off were over the age of 45... there are still lots of admins OVER 45 but NONE of the admins UNDER 45 (20's - 40's). However, the severance package, in order to get your lump sum, includes a Confidentiality Agreement, that you sign, includes you waiving the right to sue LLC for "Age Discrimination" and 5 other anti-discrimination laws.
