For you "Second Rounders": Two schools of thought for the rest of you left. 1, if you leave now, you won't get a severance package, which will be several thousand or more dollars, depending on your base pay and time of hire. 2, if you wait for the next layoff to get the severance package #2, you will be in a really extra competitive state due to round 1 already having applied for those jobs. I'm sure the Illuminati Scanners at Corporate HR have already computed these odds; that is what we are all dealing with right now. Good luck to all! And by the way, I got canned but I think L-3 CSW did OK with me for at LEAST providing a severance deal. The reasons for canning were not given but I had some faults but I know the real one.
