Well. We should take a look at some of these statements. Having a UoP degree does not matter. It is a degree from an accredited school. Leadership skill does matter. If they haven't head any leadership positions and moved up the ranks at UoP that MIGHT be a problem. And employee morale. They don't care about that at all. When is the last time they said career of choice? They are downsizing the heck out of us. Remember the annual report. They expect people to leave on their own. Because they want them gone. Don't expect too much from them.
