How does this firm continue to be considered a top place to work in Tampa Bay? Maybe 10 years ago it was. Now its gotten dark and creepy. The pressure they put on some at Home Office to carry the workload of 2 or 3 people is just unbearable. Then the have the nerve to say not to stress our new Memphis associates out. They and their counterparts in Southfield have no idea what stress is. They are just place holders in case we have a hurricane.
