L3s been good to me but I'm not one of the types to try and climb that ladder. Seen way to many good folks turn rotten with a little power. I will say that it should be interesting to see what happens with the production planners and testers. Word is they want more test automation. Probably good point but this site is so folks don't get blindsided. Livelihoods are at stake and its good to prepare, heck you should be prepared anyways. So, planners and testers beware.
