Transfers out of community college to a state college do not need to complete an SAT so your point is mute. GRE is a joke now and you know it, why do you think they revised the scale and cut 75% of the questions. All the answers are out on the net. Besides that, ASU and U of A are taking GRE scores in the 130's now. Why bother. . .
