Don't forget culinary when it comes to layoffs! EDMC canned all of the Ai Purchasing managers, Storeroom managers and Storeroom supervisors and is now "allowing" them to reapply for the same job with the title of culinary clerk at a greatly reduced salary. Of course the expectation will be that they do the same load of work for less. Corporate has been fed a load of crap if they believe that the positions are so insignificant that the hiring requirements are a high school diploma and 2 years experience. I hope that they all find better jobs and leave Ai to suffer. Unfortunately, the students will also take it in the you know where!
