Be advised, you do not have to be in a union to have worker rights. "Right to Work" does not mean a company can discriminate in hiring or firing or that it can harass people. Apollo Group (University of Phoenix) has lost BIG LAWSUITS before. Administrators cannot legally harass employees. Don't think that employees aren't getting screenshots of these racist, sexist, and anti-Semitic discussions and don't think that employees can't get administrator email in judicial discovery.
