Thread regarding Corinthian Colleges Inc. layoffs

Call HR, she does not have to use her vacation time. A couple things can happen, she can call HR they will do the right thing, but HR is the bull dog for CCI. Once you call their bluff you might have to deal with the aftermath. You must be strong and hold your ground. I would advise this if you have never given them a reason to fire you and/or if you can handle it. You will be in the right and will be able to win, but you must be completely prepared. Look for another job, besides who wants to work for a company who does shady stuff like this? You might even get a pn attorney. Call your local newspaper, contact the DOE, anything you can to win. OR you never know it might go very smooth, you take it up with HR (ASSHOLES) and they decide to have a heart and integrity and give you your sick time that you earned and leave you alone. Just be sure to be the best employee either way and get the hell out of that hell hole!
