Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

The stress of all of this is why advisors are not performing well. Everything this company does is stressful. Why not treat people well. I promise you we will preform at a high level when we are treated with some respect. BTW it's obvious who stays and who goes. Take a look around. High paid employees with 0 motivation. They are first. Then comes the people who are not able to do the job even when they try. If you fall in either category then watch out!
