Thread regarding Corinthian Colleges Inc. layoffs

Another sad day working for CCi. This company desperately needs new leadership and at ALL LEVELS! We need a new vision to work towards and a new plan to be a leader in the for-profit space but one that doesn't rely on government sources. CCi has lots of good employees with lots of good ideas that could lead to real changes and improvements. Unfortunately, middle and upper management are unable or unwilling to listen to new ideas. In the long run I don't think this organization is going to make it through the next year without a major shakeup in the top leadership. Jack took over and the company has been sliding ever since. It was easy to blame Peter Waller but it has been years since then and nothing has improved. As a publicly traded company the stockholders should be demanding his job in favor of someone with the vision to put CCi back on track. And if they do, I hope all of the other numbers-only managers go with him.
