Look up class action suits against cci and call them or email them all to see if it pertains to you.. Also if you call the HR hotline you can report those quesitionalbe practices without giving your name or private information. If they badger you in trying to give your personnal info first hang up and call an attorneys office, it's doesn't cost you anything. If HR doesnt pursue it then you can start your own class action suit. If its directly about you go straight to an attorney.... it could mean monies and damages owed to you and your doing the right thing. CCI management and their HR department have a hard time knowing what that is. It's their ass either way.
