Happy July 24th to ALL da CSW Utah'ns out here. Don't worry we are working hard to putting food on our families, too. I have a question, if anyone could help me. I am trying to cook "Jamican-jerked Chicken" on the grill... problem is there are no Jamaican guys in my neighborhood that I know of. Is there a substitute? I really like the real thing... sooooo gooood mmmm can't wait til it's done! help me out! K, thx!
