20% RIF? Better not have an imbecile for a manager as no manager wants to have anyone smarter than them working for them... I'd bet the rat managers will be trying hard to throw those they feel threaten them under the bus, dam the ethics... may want to start reviewing your managers behavior as you'll be left with a bunch of "yes-men" and lackeys. What a recipe for failure!
