I agree with all that has been said. I am personally aware of much it.
CCI has been investigated by SEC, DOE, CFCB, and several state Attorney Generals & DOEs. Results = Some $ settlements and rediculus paperwork regulations that only distract and overwork employees.
The instructors are expected to be mechanical drones and the students are forgotten.
So are all the investigation agencies competent or not? All our complaints mean nothing because they are responded to with cures that are more toxic then the original problems. Things only get worse.
Everyone cheered when Leon Paenetta, Mr. Integrity, realized his mistake and resigned from the board. RIGHT! His parting words supported CCI because ... There legal and administrative problems are the result of " ... A slanted and misinformed attitude" of those who complain about them.
Hire an attorney, call HR, cooperate with this or that agency, tell the press
For what! It has been done. It all fits the definition of crazy to keep doing the same thing and expect a different outcome.
