First, I doubt there will be any layoffs because we've had so many individuals leave the Corporation because of the rotten environment that they have caused. Secondly, I believe that the Director teams need to end all rumors and confirm that there will NOT be any layoffs anytime soon. If they keep their mouths shut, then expect that some heads will roll. However, we lose about 2 managers a month at least and probably an Enrollment Advisor per month on each team. Sucks to see so many good, hardworking employees leave, but I know that there's good jobs out there.
I laugh to myself that Management acts like they've never heard of this website, you know they're on it the most because they're the one's worried that they'll lose their 100k jobs that allow them to take 2-3 hour lunches or work half days from home.
Everyone should have their resume prepared because you can not trust the Management of Apollo Group. We're just a number to them!
