Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

So... today is the day you originally said there would be over 1000 layoffs. It is June 21st. Nothing yet. How could this super credible site get it so wrong? lol. I don't doubt there will be a small trickle of layoffs throughout the year, but this massive layoff rumor was a bunch of bull. I don't even work for UOP anymore so not sure why i even care. Peace and good luck to all. By good luck I mean I hope you get laid off or quit because UOP is a dead-end... unless you maximize education benefits or make bank already. The thing is... lots of companies offer 5250 a year with higher salaries too. You should be making 50+ with a college degree. Not 38-40. Some are happy with that and comfortable with that, so good for them. Many of you are not. You'd be surprised what else is out there.
