Thread regarding Corinthian Colleges Inc. layoffs

I was laid off a few months ago and like all my former coworkers at Everest, we all landed very good jobs, most are no longer in this industry, certainly not for profit. So if you are not feeling good about what you are doing or representing, do not fear making a change. The lay off at first was upsetting but I always knew I belonged in a far more professional environment with a nicer element of people, so I thank CCI for kicking me out the door after 6 years of dealing with nonsense and b.s. Don't let change scare you, I wish I had left on my own and saved myself all those years of aggravation. They will settle most of these claims with no consequence, its losing great people like me, students with low enrollments, and the government putting more restrain on these types of schools that will be their demise- not claims.
