Thread regarding Corinthian Colleges Inc. layoffs

One has question the legality of cold calling phone numbers trying to reach it's former students and not accepting the statment from the person answering that they reached a wrong phone number continuing to call the same phone indefinitely until the person answering states that they don't know the former student being sought and will verify the phone number they were called on. Young children are repeatedly harreassed even further as even if they comply with answering the questions their phone number won't be removed and I quote "until an adult is reached" I am former employee currently looking into the legal aspects of this and found the practice completely unethical as with much of what I experienced in how the department was run etc.
