They won't fudge the survey, but will make a big deal about the positive things, while trying to not mention the negative. RJ has always admitted the lowest scoring question was "it's not who you know, but what you know". That one will never score high. If someone starts working at RJ with a friend or relative there to help them navigate the place, he or she will be in a sweet position in no time. I could easily list 10 people right now who advanced due to nepotism at Raymond James...but most of you already know who they are.
