Thread regarding L-3 Communications Holdings Inc. layoffs

I wish I had not spent the last hour reading the filth and derogatory comments on this site. Some of you are quite sick in the head to poke fun at the hard working directors, managers and quite frankly the individuals that are trying to save your jobs. You think we like laying off people? You think we like sending people out the door without benefits? Grow up! We need to pull together as a cohesive team and work past some of the obvious obstacles in front of us right now. Stop sniveling and making fun of people that you obviously know very little about, show up to work and make sure quality is part of everything you do. Times are tough folks but blaming everyone on the other side of the tracks will not fix a single thing. Your management team hates all of this as much as you do. Try showing up on Monday and giving 100% for a change and let's see what we can accomplish. You want management out on the floor? We hear you and we will be out in force with an ear for those of you who want to get past this painful and challenging time. For those of you who want to do nothing but snivel we can show you the door without severance or a chance for unemployment benefits. Think about it!
