All employees at CCi Corporate too will not get the annual merit increase. For those of us who still have a job it is a golden gift. There are many people out there without a job who would love to have yours if you are not happy then put in your notice and find a better place. True some practices may not be to everyone's liking but it is the best method for the company to survive. It is business. I have personally been at a campus where I have witness the outstanding amount of caring from an instructor that had to deal with an issue with a student. I was amazed. Perhaps CCi needs to focus on students that will actually be grateful and fulfill their end of the bargain by succeeding in the classes and the field of choice. Sometimes you can't help the down and out masses it takes 2 parties to want it bad enough.
