DO NOT believe for a minute that the DOE and other agencies will do nothing. Investigations can take several years and corroborating evidence. The last Government Accountability Office study (2010) seriously damaged Apollo Group and UoP. In addition, University of Phoenix and Apollo Group are being actively investigated in dozens of states and several of the states are working together.
