I agree, Billy. Lot's of "uneasiness in business" last year, and here we are with apparently some huge, colossal mistakes and rampant corruption type hack-slash responses. When the numbers are green again, any division will hire as normal as needed requisitions are verified, this time I hope with no one that has a rubber stamp. Will the corporate head-cutters look at how req's were just rubber-stamped by middle managers hoping to have less to worry about, and intent on just adding head counts to their dossier? Probably not as much as we'd like them to, but probably a little attention as well. Steps forward!
