CCI should DEFINITELY focus more on background checks and drug tests with all employees- and give them a sit down class/test on sexual harassment and misconduct. They claim they give background tests but I know that our shitty Director overrides all rules for his friends. He got caught once, but still is the Director of Admissions for years now- go figure. He use to work for ITT I think it was an I was told by those who worked with him that he stole diplomas and did some heavy duty unethical things. The minute I meet him I knew he was a sleeze...but if you speak well in public, have a gift for gabby sales, you get in. Just a matter of time. Meanwhile the campus was already sued regarding salary and won. So I don't get why they keep anyone who is part of a legal suite to begin with- by association alone they should distance them from those who are parties to it.
