Thread regarding Chesapeake Energy Corp. layoffs

Just getting alerted to this msg board and thought I'd clear something up, however irrelevant it may be. Someone below mentioned that cuts were made in the HRIS department recently. These were CERTAINLY NOT related to the impending layoff and had much more to do with the poor leadership that existed in that department. All someone in HR would have to do is read some of the exit interviews that have come from these employees. I would imagine they speak volumes to the disease that plagues that department. I truly hope everyone, including CHK is better off after these next few weeks. Good luck, all!
