I don't personally know Shannon, but if you're going to bash someone, have some balls and do it to their face so they can defend themselves. If you're hiding behind the anonymity so you won't face retribution, maybe you shouldn't be spewing your BS. It's fine to express your frustrations with the way the company has handled things, but it's completely inappropriate to get personal.
