I would like to politely request some sort of official communication from Susan or Val 1) addressing the recent layoffs, and 2) Outlining the actual strategy and/or vision going forward that will give the employees something to believe in and work towards. I don't see any changes that would give me any sort of confidence that L-3 is on the mend, or that we are even in the right market segment to sustain viability as a company. What is the strategy? What are we doing here? What is the outlook? What happened to all the fun? Where is the communication from the top directly? Remember when Captain Kirk (aka Strianese) came to talk to us and give us all warm fuzzies that one time? I think it's overdue - get all the employees back on the side of success and we'll be a lot happier. Happier employees = better productivity. It sucks having a looming cloud of uncertainty, with absolutely NO COMMUNICATION from the top directly to the employees, or even acknowledgement that anything is happening to right the ship. Am I alone in this feeling? Anyone out there? Anyone????
