isn't there a manager or VP left that can lay it on the line to these people on how things are so messed up right now. I had heard that at one point Vin told his managers he understands that there is a serious morale issue and that the brain drain is real serious and that they need to come up with a solution. I think most of us know what the solution is, get rid of Bella...if she really wants to get the temp of what is going on at the next IT Dept meeting they should allow for questions to be asked by being written/typed and placed in a big bowl ahead of the meeting so nobody knows who is asking and then let her sit there and answer each question openingly and honestly. Doubt that is going to happen. At most it will just be Vin at this meeting telling everyone it is what it is and work work work...that work work play is no more.
