Grass is always greener sounds like someone who has been at RJ for years but was overlooked or overshadowed by more talented people. Now that the talent has left they're getting the attention they always felt they deserved. So yes, of course they don't want to hear any opposing opinions. Btw - I've head the 'door swings both ways' thing before and think I know who it is.
