3:48 - your idea that the company is up for sale seems a little off. The new management has been doing everything possible to raise the stock price, at $30/share, CHK is out of reach of most purchasers. To actually control (purchase) the company, whoever makes a bid will have to buy over 50% of the stock, so your theory doesn't make sense. Just know, if CHK is sold, the employees would be let go; the purchaser would be buying our assets, nothing else.
