Yeah it's nice be positive, but look at the date this whole blog started rolling - April 11th. Seeing good people get walked out the door like perps, changes your perspective. A year ago I still thought I would someday retire from RJ. What a fool I was! Morale is definitely down and trust has gone out the window in all departments. The firm incurred a ridiculous amount of expenses acquiring Morgan Keegan that is more than the cost of keeping a lot of jobs that were cut. And despite still being profitable managers and supervisors still do incredibly ugly things like breaking overtime law and overloading employees to try to get them to quit. The new Raymond James deserves this site.
