@ 5:25, I agree. Although you'll probably catch a load of shit for posting. The perks for the masses were nice, although some were becoming a little silly. But unfortunately the perks for the upper upper tier became abusive and wasteful IMO and that is ultimately what caused the shit storm that's coming down now. Once a company becomes public the rules change, and perception becomes a key driver.
