Thread regarding Raymond James Financial Inc. layoffs

I would if I could (get out). Unfortunately believe it or not I am making a fairly nice $$. So I come in at 8, take lunch at noon, work until 5 and then turn my computer off. No extra work anymore, no extra anything anymore. If RJ doesn't want to reward people then why should we reward RJ management with free time. I will work (maybe not as hard as I used to) my 40 hours and little else. Used to be I would stay til 6-7 all the time. Haven't done that in 6 months. RJ may have saved some money with those layoffs but they lost something else and that is respect from the employees. I know they don't care so I don't care but I will keep taking my nice paycheck as long as I can. When I hear a VP walking by I lay low. Used to be when TJ would walk by we would all gather around. those days are long gone.
