don't know about CHK choices for the sake of cost cutting - a lot of experience people shown the door and in some cases replaced with people with very little experience
Obviously the new CHK is about WHO you know not what you know. I have a better background and more experience than my new boss. Cheap comes at a price. My career here is not going anywhere with a clueless boss. I so want to volunteer for package. If I am not given a severance I will not stay around to let my "green" boss hold me up
