Thread regarding Chesapeake Energy Corp. layoffs

Total joke on some of those promoted up. I have much better credentials and experience and now I have nowhere to move up in the company. A few of those promoted too early have now become cocky. This "I know it all attitude" by guys still living in their parents basements will end up costing the company in bad decisions. I would gladly take a package because this company has nowhere to go but down. It was a place that had a talented staff. Now it is a place run by a bunch of inexperienced people who don't know what they are doing and not smart enough to know what they don't know.
