Have numerous Instructors @ the Blairsville WyoTech campus attempting for over a year to get a pay level advancement, told nothing but lies as to the "process" told to do books, online classes, some even got additional degrees for NOTHING! They were informed that no level advancements will be approved. The writings on the wall, the parties over. Art Herman and his three underlings have lied and gave false hope for years....
