Yep Ops. Manager Al Swensen is definitely the cause of Pred. programs failures. He is like a like a little girl. He ran-off all of the great talent because he does not have a degree, and educated people terrify him. He takes care of himself and kisses up to whomever he has to. He threatened to have me fired one day for questioning how jobs were being charged. Then he lied when may engineering manager addressed it. I know we lost the best tech. that the Pred. lab ever had (now working for QA) because of Al Swensen and his inability to manage!
