Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

A couple of years ago, UoP sold its online high school, Olympus to Kaplan. So, it would make sense for those in the upper echelon to dump what's left of UoP on Kaplan and run away with the profits. The execs know the damage they have done to the school and its reputation. Also, HLC will be revisiting UoP before Jan 2015 to find if UoP has fixed the conditions that put its accreditation on notice. If the issues are not corrected, there is still a possibility that HLC will place the school on probation. Visit HLC's website and read their findings about UoP and you will see that the school is far from “out-of-hot-water.” Sad, because the employees and students of UoP deserve much better and are better than those in leadership. I know many of the people who work at UoP really give a damn about their job, the school, and the students but it's those greedy few at the top who are destroying the school.
