It's difficult to say what will happen to UoP. It's direction has been downward for several years. It lost its DOD contract in Germany recently. And there are several outstanding lawsuits (at least two are for more than $100 million). I've heard rumors that it could go private, but sometimes rumors are only used to "pump and dump" the stock.
