Lay me off or, if you keep me, have me work overtime. This whole please work overtime even though you might not have a job tomorrow is ridiculous. It's hard to motivate yourself when you know you might be dropping all of your projects tomorrow. I hope the layoffs are tomorrow because I don't think many of us can take much more of this.
