Been through this with other companies. It is par for the course. Everyone will eventually move on. Emphasis on the move since I doubt OKC has the capacity to employ a few hundred landmen, a bunch of political types, and analysts. I am just glad I don't have much of a title. Supervisors and management are gonna be crushed I bet. Those that remain will have a decent chance of moving up the ranks when there has been almost zero chance of a real promotion.
