Big layoff back in early September was targeting senior staff. More general and lower level ranks layoffs will happen this month (October). Another set of layoffs before moving to new office. Rush sales were terrible and down the same as last year. Tough road ahead for employees especially accounting and IT - if you are in one of the groups you know what I am referring to here. As for the C-Level folks - here is my advice - There are so many ways you can save money not only layoffs. You are out of touch with your business, come and see us. Sit down and speak to your peeps - not your managers, but your employees. Quit managing by fear and intimidation. You have workforce living in deep deep fear - Don't treat your employees like this - it's not good for business. The founder of the company would be ashamed at you for what is happening. Preserve the legacy with quality and integrity, not with pressure and bullying.
