Why should CEO take a look at the past history when CEO is actually responsible for all the issues we are having. The right sequence of steps that would do the best for Staples would be if the CEO together with the rest of C-level crew was to step down and leave without a penny. They are in the game just for money and they will ride this horse until they fill their bags with loads of money and then they will leave. They do not care about you, me, stores, Staples in general.
