I think the sad and frustrating thing is...there are truly good people at Charlotte Russe (DMs and SMs) that want to do well and have some pretty great back grounds but until changes are made at the top the turn over will continue to be a viscous cycle and they will have to recruit from the lower level retailers like small jewelry stores and the body centrals of the world (reason for the "un professional" comments made). Those seem to be the people that stick. Mary Kay-you have your work cut out for you. Seems like the average life span for top talent there is 2 years.
