At that time you get a check for 60 days pay from Oct 1, 2 months health benefit premiums, unused vacation pay and refund of any stock plan money you've had withheld. Then, if you choose to sign the separation agreement and give up your right to sue, you will get 3 months salary, plus 1 week of salary for every year of service over 10 years, plus 2 months of health premium.
