Thread regarding Raymond James Financial Inc. layoffs

Maybe the problem now at RJ is a cultural one. In IT for instance Bella's nationality brings different values to the table. The people in IT feel like they are being treated like a commodity and are not seen as valued people. Not to be confused with a valuable employee. This is about human emotion and courtesy. Bella and her 'others' just appear plain rude. I agree that dead weight workers need to go and that respect (both ways is earned). The way things are going now though none of this is happening. I think the whole company needs a good therapy session : ).
