Thread regarding Follett layoffs

I was a store manager in a mid sized city in Florida and made 54k . I was happy with my salary on one level but on the other I had not had a raise in years and was capped out so there was no more money unless the cap is raised. I worked at least 50 hours a week and during rush 70. I had no quality of life. And that was with a full staff. I cannot imagine what store managers are going to do now . I have lost all respect for Howard Taylor and jenn hatton and those like them. No one has any personal integrity to say to the higher ups that the expected level of service cannot be midbrain end with a skeleton crew. Stand up for your employees, you stupid regionals and Gvps! Grow some balls!
