Thread regarding Follett layoffs

Says one thing to your face and then walks over to someone else's office and says the opposite. I personally don't have an issue with ML as what she is doing was expected given the company has been sliding downhill for so long. I kind of feel this is too little, too late. There is so much bad management (or lack of it), bad process and procedure, bad systems that it will take too long to reverse. Let them outsource and try to fix it. Save us all a trip to the cardiac unit.
